Our Professional Code of Ethics​


All Consultants, Members, and Associates of HR Advisory Group Ltd are guided by a formal, documented Professional Code of Ethics which governs our behavior, business practices, relationships, and partnerships with our clients and business partners.

Our Code of Ethics arises from the deeply held belief that sound and ethical practice is good business.

Confidence, confidentiality, and respect are indispensable to success in a business embracing the many intangibles of our service and involving relationships so dependent upon good faith and fair dealing.

Clients, positions, and candidates shall be represented honestly and factually. 

We shall refrain from soliciting candidates from client companies.

We will not make or inflate claims about what we can achieve for our clients.

We will honor the agreements we make with our clients.

We will be honest in all of our business dealings.

We will not give misleading information to clients, candidates or business partners.

We will accurately disclose our qualifications and expertise to our clients and business partners.

We will honor the confidentiality of clients and candidates to the extent that is possible. In certain, rare instances, legal or safety considerations may require certain disclosures.

We will not engage in physical or romantic relationships with our clients or business partners.

The needs and best interests of the client shall always be our top priority.

Any potential Conflicts of Interest must be disclosed immediately to the CEO or General Counsel.

Potential Conflicts of Interest due to business or personal relationships between members and candidates shall be disclosed to the client before candidate presentations.
 



   
  
All Team Members of HR Advisory Group Ltd shall:   

Continuously improve their professional skills, competencies, and knowledge in order to provide the highest quality of service to organizations and individual clients.

Comply with all laws, statutes, and regulations affecting business practices and service relationships.

Clearly define the services which they offer, and ensure these services are within their knowledge and abilities. Team members must recognize their boundaries of competence and provide only those services and use only those tools, techniques, and materials for which they are qualified by education, training, or experience.

Will administer only those scientific employment assessments that have undergone validation studies in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and have been developed and validated using best practices specifically for the employment setting, by qualified industrial psychologists. Only senior level team members will administer assessments and have been trained on Adverse Impact and the use of employment instruments.

Administer and/or interpret only those assessment instruments for which they have appropriate qualifications.

Release assessment results to third parties, where applicable, only after obtaining written permission from the individual client.

Maintain confidentiality by disclosing to each individual client that general progress updates may be provided to a sponsoring organization (at their request); however, such reports would be generic in nature, and no personal or confidential information will be provided.

Take reasonable action to inform potentially vulnerable third parties and/or responsible authorities when conditions indicate that there is a clear and imminent danger to the client, sponsor, or others. Ideally, this will be done with the individual client’s knowledge or permission, but if necessary, without.

Not accept inappropriate gifts that would compromise the integrity of the employee, client, business associate, or HR Advisory Group Ltd.

Attend annual Ethics and Conflict of Interest Training and sign, as well as adhere to our Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agreements and policy.
    
   
If at any time the CEO of HR Advisory Group Ltd believes that a client would be better served by a different Consultant, Partner or Associate, she will make that recommendation to the client or make that reassignment.
